Work Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Two days off each week, scheduled on a flexible basis
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inspections, repairs, and reconditioning of vehicles
- Manage inventory, vehicle status, parking, and key/plate control
- Handle customer complaints and serve as main point of contact for stakeholders
- Coordinate vendors, parts procurement, and repair cost management
- Prepare reports, analyze maintenance costs, and improve operational processes
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve excellence
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in automotive service management
- Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, reconditioning, and repair processes
- Proven ability in inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
